I don't mind to spoil the party, but it's illegal for one simple reason: you're reselling FREE software. It was coded by other people who are giving it away for free. You're selling it, and you never got the rights to do that.

Same software as yours can be downloaded for free from:

So whoever buys this can end up with a lawsuit from original creators of this software.

Not trashing anyones thread but just to point out the iphone 3g cannot be unlocked with software at present and the 'jailbreak' mentioned is to allow third party apps to be installed.

For 3G it can only jailbreak it. There's no software at the moment to unlock 3G.
