    See your questions below:

    * proof of domain ownership: It would be quite difficult from us to transfer a domain to you we don't own. We can verify all that later though.
    * traffic stats: Around 100-300 visits per month (targeted traffic from content). Keep in mind this domain is still fairly new. You'd be best taking this content and putting it on an old established insurance domain already getting lots of traffic.
    * monetisation: Surehits...
    * are the articles unique: Yes of course. We don't deal with duplicated content. Every single one is unique.
