[WTS] Incentives Site making $180/month

I'm relisting my site here because of the fact that the two bidders backed out of their payment.

I'm selling an incentives site, www.refer4freegifts.com, which makes $180 per month. It receives good organic traffic and most of its traffic comes from people referring other people, as well as posting in blogs and other places. It runs on its own, and almost no work is needed. I will show the buyer what exactly needs to be done. I'm selling this to invest in other ventures, as well as advertising for other sites.

The script cost $200 from Project-rafs.com with copywrite removal licensing.

Nobody at all is interested? It is 100% automated and requires only about 3 minutes a day to maintain. It's a great business to run, seeing as you don't have much to do with it. You'll make your money back in no time and then you'll be profitting from there-on out.
