    I am selling a website that I have created my self, I created this with the intent of having a custom script done a little ways back. It was open with a system without user accounts, galleries, and a admin panel. Then I had a custom script done by a freelance PHP and MySQL developer from another marketplace forum. This was a completely custom script, and has not been sold. As well as it is completely open sourced.

    No there is public upload, but you cannot have a gallery. Thats the bonus of having a user account.
