    Hello,

    I am selling this website ready for adsense. www.howtopatchdrywall.net. The site is an "Exact Match Domain" with exactly 2,400 searches per month. There is little to no competition with this domain. The site has 18 backlinks. The site is currently on the bottom of page 2. I have not yet monetize the site but with more work it can rank on page 1 easily. Make me an offer. I do not have Google Analytic so i cannot provide detail. I have been busy working a real job so this is all the information i can provide for now. All content is unique and written by me.
