Hongwog - please realise that pagerank has got diddly squat to do with valuations a lot of the time. A website could be earning vast amounts of money with pagerank zero - as long as the sales are coming in.

Not everyone spends their time posting backlinks and carrying out SEO on website, thus trying to increase the pagerank.

I think what's for sale here is VERY generously offered. The fact it's pagerank zero is frankly irrelevant.

How to deal with complains...people that upload phising sites on your server
I've had a free hosting site few years ago and had to shut it down coz the company that hosted the server received too many complains from security company..seing phising sites are hosted on my server

 

How do you tell what a website is worth? is it the same as a bricks and mortar business, which tends to be 3-5 times the annual profit? or are other variables used.

Zagul & xplicit702 - We are experiencing a minor infrequent issue with the site that is being fixed as I type. I expect it to be back up and running as usual within 25 mins. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, or uptime is in fact very high.

MSMInvestments - That has never happened to me, because all I do is either delete users after recieving complaints about their phising websites, or manually do a check of the new websites and delete ones with any inappropriate content. Getting into that situation is easily avoidable.
