Don't you think the price is a little to high for a site thats only been around for a couple a days. You have no idea if the profit will slow down, or for that matter keep up with what you are posting.

 

even if the adsense earning slow down, there are still a lot of options available...
the site is getting atleast 100 links daily...
small amount of work will increase that a lot....
its generating nearly 1000 pageviews daily,s o using on some cpm ad network would give huge profit...
also, selling featured links would yield extra income...

not to mention that you can sell other ad spots to ppl individually looking for advertisements on high traffic sites...

i'll also tell the new owner the method of getting constant traffic for long...
it will require max of an hour or two per week to get this much traffic or even more....

i have not spent a single penny on buying traffic...

all the traffic is due to my own personal advertisements....

as it wont take much of my time to do it for u

I had sold another directory few days back,and still i have the link to that directory in my signature link....
the traffic of that directory increased manifold after i did some publicity for it....
even i sold it,still i am doing some work for it so that it is easy for the new owner to manage the directory and make it a successful one
