I currently use AdBrite / Canep Media and sell Rotating Banners. January Revenue was $120. I block all Chinese IP's at my firewall, so you will probably double the traffic if you would allow China

Domain is registered @ godaddy, I host it on my own server. I can offer hosting if you can't find a proxy friendly host, and I can help you install. Requires php/apache - shell access wouldn't hurt so you can use iptables if you don't have a firewall.

I don't use AdSense. Any proxies that use AdSense on their proxied pages are in violation of the TOS from google, and will eventually get canned.

Answers to a few PM's :

This site can't be hosted at Yahoo hosting or GoDaddy Hosting. It requires more server resources than you are going to get at those hosts, and most hosts will NOT allow a proxy. Depending on how popular the proxy gets, it does take up a lot of server resources and bandwidth. I can host this for the winner for $25 a month.

I've unblocked some of the subnets I was blocking so people can see the site.

I don't use google adsense because it is a violation of their TOS to use adsense on proxied pages. You can put adsense on the main page, but not on pages that are proxied. They WILL find you one day and take back your money (yes, I found out the hard way). AdBrite (www.adbrite.com), direct banner sales (http://noogle.org/advertise.htm), and Voice2Page ( http://www.sellingppp.com/a.cgi?ppp=1200875177) are what I use to generate money.
