    This site has had a little traffic and a few clicks from adsense here and there but the buyer should assume no traffic and revenue.

    The buyer should also assume that the content is not unique.

    Buyer will get all files and a free push on the domain with Godaddy.

    If required I can host the site for a year with no charge.

    Payment is to be made via Paypal.

    Sorry I can move the site to your server but you would neeed to change the ads yourself. It's pretty straight forward and can be changed through the wordpress admin.
