Hi guys, well my A level exams are here and university starts in september, so i am in two minds whether to sell my great seo tutorial website which i have been building since november/december 2007.

The site currently has about 50 ORIGINAL! tutorials, many written by myself and also full time article writers. The site also comes with 3 tools that you can see on the site and also two that have not yet been uploaded which are a page rank checker, a multiple page rank checker oh and a page rank badge submission tool. The site also has another 7-8 articles which have not yet been uploaded either due to time issues. Most of the articles are about 400 words.

The site is a pagerank 1 since the last update and i did have an inner page with a page rank 3 however i updated the page and introduced hyphens in between the URL name of the page, therefore the page rank disappeared for now.
The alexa rank is about 440,000 and i have approximately 6000-7000 backlinks.

The starting bid is $50
I have not got a BIN i am interested to see how much people would pay for the site. I am not selling unless i get a decent offer which i feel to be worth selling for.
