    A nice clean site. Has a few articles and golf lessons. Articles are not unique. The site can be easily updated via a CMS.

    The domain name is registered with Moniker and I can push it for free.

    Although the site has adsense it has made zero as I have not really pushed the promotion of it.

    I feel that due to the great domain name and clean easily updated content this site has huge potential, however I don't currently have the time to realise that to the full.

    Bids can start at $20

    BIN is $90

    Another offer fallen through. Bin now $80. Plus have started promoting the ste, getting about 90 unique visitors per day and have made $2.06 in the last 3 days using adsense.

    Where is the traffic coming from ? Can you show the referrals ?

    Also, you show hide the ecpm and ctr of the adsense stats. This will avoid the domain getting ban.
