Selling WTS General webdirectory

Hi and thanks for watching.

Due to a traffic violation with an expensive ticket as a result I need to sell two of my websites..I've only had this site for ~2 weeks and selling it is really sad...

This site is a general website directory based on the premium wordpress theme "DirectoryPress" worth $79, legit key ofcourse. It's hosted @ namecheap and you need a namecheap account (free to register) for me to be able to transfer the hosting and domain. WhoisGuard is also included. The domain, whoisguard and the host expires at Wed 03/13/2013 so it's a one year package.

Since I started the site I've only promoted it here on DP and on a couple of blogs/directories, and there are currently 190 live websites and 46 pending review + a couple of deleted ones, a total of 253 websites is in the database. I offer paid plans with an opening offer right now since the site is new and also featured listings. The admin panel is GREAT and easy to understand, you can change the paid plans, add more and set up subscriptionplans so you can make money easy with this if you build up some traffic. So far I've sold one featured plan for $1.
