    I honestly don't know, since I have never tried adsense. But, considering the site gets an average of 1-2k of pageviews everyday. You will be able to earn a decent amount of money from adsense.

    @bluffspot The same price, since I will have no use of the site when a copy of the database is already been passed out. The site is meant to have unique data, if not then no one will buy it.

    Yes, everything is automatic. All you have to do is accept links which can also be done by a 'select-all' feature.
