    i have created this forums, but i do not have time to get it going as certian things have popped up that are more inportant.

    Its hpbb3, so its free, all i have done is created the content, and modifyed the style layout. I also payed for an ad banner on a site yesterday for a month. So that should bring some decent traffic too.

    But assume minimal traffic and NO revenue.
