    I am selling the new site:

    WWW.THATS-FUNNY.NET

    No rev yet, as I have done no marketing on it, but sites like this are so easy to market. Great East To Remember domain name and awesome site!
    Admin is the only person who can add pictures but all visitors can rate them.
    There is little to no maintance needed to run this site and the admin area is very simple to use.
    Basically, the owner just needs to add pic whenever they want, promote the site and sell ads.

    Now I'm wondering just how "new" this site really is. Turnkey and templates are great and all, but please be honest if you are selling the same stuff repeatedly. Thanks for the heads up.
