Selling WTS: FreeHackedGames.net - Earning With AdSense and CPMStar

Hello, the reason why I am selling my arcade is because I need to fund another project. The site for sale is http://www.freehackedgames.net - Currently ranked for various keywords on Google. I can add you to the Analytics just pm me your email address.

A bit about the site: The site was established in early April. Since April (4 months) the site has earned 326 with Adsense and $151.12 with CPMStar making it out to an average of $119.25 per month. Keep in mind that I removed the popunder ads from CPMSTAR this month because they were annoying and I want to keep my returning visitors. But you can add them back if you want. Screenshots will be provided to interested parties.

What am I asking for?
In a perfect world I would ask for 12 months revenue. But Since the site is only 4 months old I don't anticipate getting this. So I will lower my BIN to about 8 months, so $850. Send me your offers, highest offer gets it.

Buyer will receive all files and database and domain registered with GoDaddy for a quick account push.

Also, I must note that buyer must keep all links in footer until they expire. Some are link exchanges which can be terminated or kept, i will give you all contact information.

Also, are these games being hosted on your website legally?

 

Most of the traffic comes from peopel searching for their favorite games with the word "hacked" at the end. Like, "Pacman hacked"

Yes, the games are hosted legally.

 

Can you give me a couple examples of these keywords that are actually bringing in traffic?

There are over 2700 games and it's random to see which games are indexed. Plus, the site only gets about 50 or so visitors.

What does your search analytics show in Gooogle search console?

It's very important to know where your traffic is coming from before a sale can be made.

got a page on your website where it is stated that the game was stolen from another website,,,,,,i am interested in bidding but can't cost my adsense for it

 

Are the games hosted are pirated version or what does hacked means?

 

Yes the games were taken from another website. There are a few games out of the 2500 installed that will have this message. if you see one, you can easily delete it. I've had a similar site before with AdSense for a few years and nothing happened to my account. it's perfectally legal.

The games are hacked, meaning they are modified to give the use ran advantage. Infinite Lives, All Levels Unlocked, No Reload, and similar cheats are preloaded into the game,.

 

If you were making an average of $119 per month why have you lowered your BIN to under a months revenue?
