The site is extremely new and it developed hugely in the last 6 days and is still developing ..

The traffic is mainly from huge forums ..
It only takes one hour daily to upload pics and post them at these forums ..

Good luck selling a site for $400 when you show less then one weeks revenue. For all we know you had people click the ads; and when the new owner gets the site, he will make no revenue.

It always amazing me when people post sales numbers for a site they started 4 weeks ago, and have a good week, then think that justifies the price they are asking.

Even more appalling are people who are willing to cookie cut the same templates over and over for $10/25 a pop per website. Um, yeah. Good luck making any serious money that way. Only noobs and desperado's are interested in that madness.

When reselling sites, you should be able to show a consistent traffic or revenue stream. People who buy these sites are looking for the same, or better return on their investment.

I don't understand 1 thing and I want you to explain me, maybe i am wrong.On 12/18 you had only 1 click and the income was 4.1$.How could that be 4 $ a click (WOW) or i am wrong here.

 

adbrite ads also pay for page impressions...thats why with only one click also hes still making 3-4$

 

The bandwidth the site needs is 30 GB/Month
Till now bandwidth this month is 17826.28/∞ MB

 

My hosting costed me 25$/6 monthes ..
But you can find alot of cheap hosting offers at DP.
