Unfortunately my host was attacked a a few weeks ago and all the sites went down for a day so i dont have long term stats but i put up the extreme stats button last sale so you can check the stats and see that they are steady.

I haven't tried putting up ads on the site because the active members don't like ads, however, you can put the ads to be visible only for guests I just haven't gotten around to it. So no profit because of no ads. However, i'm not sure what is the monetary value of weight now, the site has PLENTY of weight which has been steady since i put up the weight script last week.

Since the last time i tried selling this what i have changed is:
-Fixed the layout in IE.
-Added weight script.
-Setup a new stats program.

The site needs to be worked on to make the users happy and I can't do that as I'm very busy with my football team (soccer) and my other responsabilities.

Please do not buy this as a company, this site needs someone to WORK on it so it can flourish, if you are buying this just to resell it elsewhere or just to fill it up with ads i dont recommend this to you, the site has good weight and potential, dont let that go to waste!

Any advertising/linking campaign for the site? Is there any mods that they'll run the forums?

 

I didnt, i took the ads off when i bought the site because the users didnt like it. According to the old owner he made $120/mo average on yahoo ads on. The old owner had dating ads with yahoo which is why he got clicks to make that kind of money. WIth google adsense which is what i use all i can get is skating ads which means much less clicks.

No traffic campaigns... or any link campaigns or link building done. Since i bought the site all i did was as said, add the cop, fix up the layout, change to phpbb to make the pages more seo friendly and remove the ads.
