WTS Football soccer site

Site: In my sig.

Traffic: last month 2000 uniuqes, this month 3500 uniques so far - on target to hit 6-7000 this month.
Mainly UK, US, European traffic
Primarily from search engines.

Income: 2 x banners $25 a month
Adsense/TTZ: $5 a month
Other sources: $15-20 a month
PR3
Alexa: about 900,000 i think

Site is NOT auto updated, although runs on wordpress so im sure it can be - currently takes about 10-20 minutes a day.
Site has a custom mod installed to update the homepage photo easily.
Forums have a unique skin made by me, based on the main sites skin.

Reason for sale - Im gutted i dont want to sell the site but im starting a new job on monday which will involve a lot of training over the next 12 months.
There is a reserve which i will keep private if it doesnt meet that i will either put it on autoupdate or pay someone to update the news. The forums are only a month old and im trying to get those going but they could quite easily be removed if wanted.

I would like to start this sale off at $250 a month (this is not the reserve but i think its priced to get some interest going and to deter the $5 bids which would be a waste of time. Payment is via paypal only im afraid.

Any questions please let me know, i can either answer in public or private. I will also accept private bids but i will disclose the bid (not the bidder) in this auction. Domain is with namecheap.

News comes from various sources, some is copied some is re-written i will provide the sources with the sale.

1) Can you provide google analytics stats. you can generate PDF report in G analytics.

3) I dont see adsense anywhere? why?

I honestly didnt know it had over 4000 backlinks...wow thats 1 of the best i think i have ever had thanks for bringing it to my attention.

It also ranks currently 76 out of 357 sites on soccerlinks.net an seems to be rising every day.

 

The site hasnt met my reserve yet. Im looking closer to the mid $xxx mark.
$45x 10 = $450 which is roughly the usualy going rate. Factor in PR3, half decent alexa ranking and decent amount of traffic i think the offers should be around that mark.

 

I think you are asking to much - good luck in selling it

 

Buyers normally base it on 10 months revenue, im not new to buying and selling websites. But im in no rush to sell it - i will just pay a writer.
