The site is 2 months old and acheiving around 500 uniques last month . I have no time to dedicate to this site so not really been monetised particularly well.

I have an idea how much I want for it and will not sell if I don't reach this.

I will add stats when the I get home as I cannot get on CPANEL at work

The script is custom made by me.

There is some tiny amount of work required on the admin panel but I can complete that before sale if required.

500 uniques per month and just 27 registered users ? could you explain why such a low conversion rate ? - Nice site though.

 

I guess the only explantion is that content is a little thin on the ground as I wanted to run this site myself but my full time job and freelancing are just taking up my life - The site was up from the back end of july and acheived around 380 uniques in august and 500
in September - It has done around 90 so far in October. which I think is about on target for another 400 - 500 this month. The adsense has been 1 or 2 dollars since starting but it hasn't been optimised.

I will prove the stats when I get to a PC that doesn't have my CPANEL port blocked and if in doubt you will not be tied in until you are totally happy that my stats are genuine.

Hi, what is the breakdown of the stats i.e. from where are the uniques coming from?

Also, what traffic building work have you done so far? That is a nice amount of uniques for a site in its infancy.

I have done some link exchange programmes and also the site is listed in the sig on most of the forums I use including this one and sheffieldforum.co.uk which I believe is PR4 or PR5 ranked.

I will check google see if that can shed some light till I can get on CPANEL

I really would love to run this site myself as I have a real passion for fishing but just lately I barely even get time to fish let alone write about it.

Maybe the price I want will be too high as it is my baby LOL

I think that it's a well organised site, i but I'm afraid i can't give more than 40$ for it.
