    Hello Guys Happy Holidays! :)

    I am selling my site FinestAsians.net
    I am not going to give a long sale speech here.

    Facts you should know

    - 100% of traffic is coming from Search Engine
    - #3 on google for Asians
    - #3 on google for Asian
    - 3+ Years old
    - Script from K-rate
    - I forgot the admin password but can be easily changed from phpmyadmin
    - Phpbb forum integrated (Hired someone from scriptlance to install it)
    - Statistics on the bottom left side of the site is INACURATE. I added 1 on the beginning

    Visitors Online: 1065
    Registered Members: 18568
    Submitted Pictures: 111849
    Times Voted: 1271510

    Visitors Online is VERY INACURATE. I don't think I have 1065 users at this moment.

    The reason for faking it was to make it look active when It was just starting

    - Very Little Revenue from valueclickmedia (Screenshot attached)
    - Site is not active
    - The hardest part of creating a Social community is having members.. You now have 8000+ members to start with.

    The reason for selling this?????

    - I am not interested anymore on this project
    - It's better to get something ($) than just shutting down the site
    - I was planning on changing this to a blog but I don't want to waste the Content and members so Im selling it instead.
