    i was interested in the site but how do you know its a fast growing and profitable site if you have no stats for it? How do you know that its doing well other than what you was told by the previous owner?

    You have to trust the word of the previous owner because like I said, I didn't do anything there. Anyway, for the price the risk is very low and the template is great.
