    Your prices and packages are not very competitive to most of the packages people offer on DP, maybe you should have a look at that,

    They are not meant to be competitive; The prices we use are stable and provide us with enough money to have bills paid and to receive a small amount of profit.

    Our prices are not expensive and are affordable. but at the same time; they are stable prices and allow us to be assured that our service shall continue to run without any issues.

    Your prices are fair if you are not overselling.

    Other people sell cheap and they oversell.

    We do not oversell, our larger packages are bigger in price because we need to cover the costs of those so we make sure that we do not over sell.

    OK,

    I bent the truth a little in the last post (I was not made fully aware), but i have just checked with our tech team and would like to correct myself and be 100% Truthful,

    and the technical team have informed me...

    That YES!, we do oversell. BUT!...

    On many of our accounts, only 1% - 2% usually use the whole disk space/bandwidth that is provided.

    NOW!... What happens with us is, that if you are using a lot of disk space/bandwidth, then we just add some more hardware and we are still on budget with more for safe keeping in case we need to add new hardware in the future.

    EDIT: I have also been made aware that, if you pay for the big packages, then YES!, You use everything you paid for (If you wish)... SO... no worries from us.
