    I want to sell a website that is averaging over $160/month over the past 3 months. I also have $150 pending for this month. The site requires no work, and just sits there adding money to my paypal every month. If you have a little time to do some seo on it, you can boost the earnings way up. I am looking for 10 fold for the site, but willing to listen to offers. I forget that I even have the site, until I read the paypal emails every month. I don't do anything with the site and its makes me money. I wish I had time to work on it, but I have other things going :( The site made me money even when it was lost on who knows what page of google. It recently jumped to the bottom of the first page of google that's why the steady growth.
