[WTS] Established PR5 Blog - Makes More Than $200/month

    On sale is an established webmaster blog with over 140 pages of unique content. The blog is about 9 months old and is a PR5.

    The blog gets decent traffic of about 100-150 uniques a day. Traffic fluctuated with the amount of time spent on the site.

    The blog has made more than $250 in the past 30 days excluding a couple of reference affiliate sales. Including them the income from this blog is closer to $500 last month.

    The major source of income for this blog is from paid links on posts and sitewide links. The income can be greatly increased if more time can be spent in writing posts. I have had to selectively pick up orders since I never got much time to complete the orders in hand.

    I have also worked on promoting the blog regularly on various sites. On an average I have spent about $50 every month on advertising. Some months it has been more while other times nothing.

    The site has a lot of potential in the right hands. At this point it needs some investment to transform it from a decent blog to a more complete webmaster resource website. This needs time and money which I cannot provide now.

    Along with the sale, I will help the new owner to settle into the management of the blog by writing an unique post every week for the next 2 months. That is 8 blog posts at regular intervals. I can also provide valuable inputs to help take the site to the next level.
