I have spent over $750 on link building and directory submission.

The design is completely custom (made by me) and it is heavily loaded with customization and features.

There are 294 links listed on the directory now (not link dump). All the submission made on the directory are strictly evaluated before being accepted.

We're receiving 10,000 unique visitors a month.

The sale will include the domain which is paid through September 2008 on GoDaddy and dedicated ip hosting with HostForWeb through July 2008.

Reason for selling:
Im running few other different sites that require more of my attention and don't seem to have much time to spend on this directory and thought someone else can do something better with it.

Revenue Details:
Assume none as the directory isn't widely advertised. All i did since i started it was link building and directory submission.

so you did all this work to submit it to these sites and paid 750$ to advertise it.

Then you recieved 10k Uv/month and u never monitized it??

did u ever sell any featured links?

If I bought this, where would the income come from?

$750 is amount of money i spend submitting the site to premium directories such as Aviva Directory and other high PR bounded website for link building.

Well the site is setup but I have not promoted the service/trying to sell those links.

Income would be directory listing/link selling.

Im running other sites that serve 10x the traffic, so this is not really my priority. The same reason why im planning to sell it off.
