    It would be much easier if you just shared with everyone the answers to those questions. It is most likely just a template ebook you can get free elsewhere, depends how good of a marketer you are though.

    As mention in original post I have had the domain name along time and decided to use it to sell a poker ebook. The ebook itself I bought the rights to sell, but of course it's been sold before otherwise the cost of the ebook alone would be way, way over the BIN price... but like you say depends on how good you can market it... New owner will have an advantage as you already have a great name to promote..
