This site has consistent good traffic and it's all on autopilot. It was set up in 2005 and I've decided to sell it.

It's set up to receive articles daily and approve them via cron jobs. It's got thousands of indexed pages on google. It's set up on a Unix Server so you can keep it there and I will give you full access for 1 year at no charge. That's probably best as I can't support any transfer support. The scripts are all set, you'd just need to change your ads/codes, etc. It's a good domain and I haven't done much to up its PR rating.
Reason for selling: I need to buy some import car parts for my mercedes, namely:
1. Antenna set up with motor
2. 4 new snow tires
3. Window Regulator for RL passenger door
4. A vacuum pump
5. An oil cooler
6. 4 new tires for my wife's Jeep

So, instead of dipping into my bank account, I thought I'd sell one of my sites. It's no big deal if I can't sell it but I thought I'd put it out there. I normally don't sell any of stuff but we've also had some other expenses, etc.

So make me an offer I can't refuse after your do your homework. I might throw it on eBay but I just don't have the time to write up a sales pitch for it.

To be honest, I'm not sure what this site is worth. As far as revenue, I haven't really monitored much but it's probably not much more than $30-$40 a month. Like I said, I haven't really done much SEO to get its PR where it needs to be. I assume that if the PR goes up and if I worked on inbound links, it could increase its revenue. When I looked at ezinearticles, I noticed some 400,000 inbound links and that's hard to beat without spending a lot of time on the site. I know google visits it daily as well as yahoo. As for price range, I only want enough to buy those car parts off ebay and discount shops. Let me know what you think, I won't be offended. The site may not be worth much. I just priced a set of snow tires at tirerack for my wife's jeep at $190.00 so I'd probably start there. I take paypal. Check google and see how many pages are indexed. I'm in the U.S. Oh, the site uses some bandwidth... 6.90 Gig 7066.03 M 11.72 Gig 12000.00 M 58% used That's just for this month.
