[WTS] Established famous altern-rock.com

Hi all,
according to I don't have much time for this website for last few months, I have decided to sell one of my jewels, altern-rock.com.
The only reason I am selling this one is the lack of time.

According to the lack of time, I haven't updated the website properly, so the traffic and revenue has decreased.

About revenue
The revenue isn't only in cash, we have good contacts with some music labels, which provided us with cd's (as seen on one picture here, most of them has been given to our review writers). We were also provided with concert tickets, we were on about 1 concert a month (2 backstage access during the year!). We was mostly passive about talking to labels, this is result of what they offered us. If you would ask them for cd's for reviews etc, you'll get more of those.
Money revenue... I have uploaded adsense screenshots from November and December, those are revenue when regurlary updated, and of January, it's the revenue without updates, it remains very similar till now.
We were also selling some links, making about 80$-100$/month. This is just about your negotiation skills. Also some direct ads were sold, about 2$/day.. this was 468x60 for about 1 month.
So the total monthly revenue used to be about 150$/month, now it is about a half.

SEO
Ok, we did a lot of work on SEO, again because of lack of time we have felt down a bit in all major search engines.
We were #1 in Yahoo and Google on these terms:
altern rock
alternative rock
alternative rock music
We were also on first page on term rock music.
Now it has felt but mostly is still on first result page. With a little work it can be back #1.


The website has fully unique design, also backend has been designed to match our frontend.

I don't know what else to post here. Maybe the info that together with website you'll get my contact list. It contains contact on managers of some big labels and record companies, such as Universal Music Group, Friction PR, 10th Street Entertainment, Beggars and many more!


I expect only reasonable offers, I am thinking on making a sale on about 1000$. I wouldn't consider lower offers as I received much higher when it was on the top, but I wasn't willing to sell it that time...

So please start the offers at 1000$.
