    Hi All

    I am listing another of my forums for sale, i will have one more to sell after this too, so keep checking back! :)
    It is an employment forum (it is a niche employment forum)
    It makes approx $1000 monthly ( revenue/stats details available via email )

    It is a long established forum - 4 years old
    It receives approx 200 plus uniques daily (some days many many more), has approx 720 members join since the revamp four months ago (previously a few thousand)

    It is a vbulletin license
    many hacks added to it

    Its a very popular forum in the UK (.co.uk)

    It's monetised in the same format as all my other forums
    this is via sms revenue, hence the quality earnings

    It also has low running costs ($10 monthly)
    Its has a few moderators, so takes minimum time to run

    The membership is growing by 10 - 20 daily
    it is number one in google for its main keyword and fluctuates in and out of the top spot for a large number of other keywords

    It is DMOZ listed
    Pages linking to website 1,341
    Listings on Google Search 2,070
    Listings on Yahoo Search 2,780
