[WTS] Education -> Tech software engineering pr4

Hi,

Because of the lack of time and the focus on my other site(s) I'm selling www.happyserver.be The current site is made for european computer science students hence for the non english language although the main language is english.
I'm in no hurry to sell the site because my other admin(s) maintain the site.

We are listed on several university's and higher educational sites. like its-learning.com and www.tudelft.nl

and many other searchengines.

Currently around 16.000 posts and 1000 members. There have been more posts made but we remove all obsolete posts after a course has been finished and spam posts from the site.

Minimum bid: 500 USD (Need to pay my staff after selling the site)
And no I don't think it's a rediculess price because I have spend a lot of time on it and we have been maintaining it for a couple of years. The site layout did change a few times if you think that is important for you to know.

Domain name not included because it is reserved by another other client.
Also, the site will be using the default template because the one we used to use is copyrighted by our university. But you change change the template to whatever you want.

Excuse my ignorance, but if the domain is not included then the backlinks shouldnt even be pointed out right? Since the backlinks go to the domain.

 

I forgot to mention we have 2 links pointing to the same site

The other one is for another client but will be included in the sell if the price is right.

The "problem" is that the domain name will be expired in a few months or so but the client insist of buying the domain from us before we renew the domain name so we can save the renewal money.

Everything else is included (host etc)

 

Got a bid of 180 USD but that's a bit low so i'm bumping this one..
