Reason for selling :
I know nothing about web design and I'm currently working on my other sites.

Site Info :
I bought this site here from another DP member.

- It uses a cms and has a fully fuctional admin panel.
- Integrated template.
- search on the website has been integrated into google adsense search.
- Contact Form
- Domain registered at namecheap

What I've done after buying the site :
- Fixing the contact form (it works just fine now)
- Done some editing to the templates
- Directory submission
- Social bookmarking (this has been quite successful, you can see from the stats that the site still gets constant hits from some of them).
- Some visitors also submitted their own templates. There are 64 templates now (46 new templates since I bought it).

Traffic :
From Statscounter :
Page Loads : 237/day
Unique Visitors : 66/day
I just made the stats open for public, click here.

All traffic come from SEs and referring sites (if you see the stats, you'll notice that someone blogged about the site and it brings constant hits up until now). Organic and nothing paid.

Revenue :
There's nothing much. $2.26 from Adsense.
I guess no need for me to post the screenshot.

what script are you using? Is it easy to maintain?

 

I think it's InspiraScript. If you're talking about the script and site layout, you can easily customize all the pages from the admin panel.

Some features :

1. Approve, add, delete, edit, and hold templates
2. View downloads statistics.
3. Publish featured templates and most downloads.
4. Generate code to display templates (no. of rows, no. of colums, and sorting options).

Are you using anything besides adsense for advertising - where does that 468x60 banner come from?

 

That's RMX, just put the banner this month actually.
Haven't checked how much I earn from them.

i created this site and integrated the template into the script , the script is a free script and the temp is a free temp , just to help the sale and any questions. i love that site , i visit it all the time.

Yeah, I do like this site but I just don't know anything about web design, I guess it would be better if it runs by someone who knows about css and design.

Anyways, the current bid hasn't meet my reserve price.
Still waiting for more bids to come, otherwise I might just keep it for a little bit longer and see what I can do to develop it even more.
