I am selling it simply because I do mot have the time for it anymore. The website is all about SEO, Marketing, Advertising, and other helpful aspects of websites such as design and development.

Included in this sale is THE WHOLE SITE:

-Main pages
-Directory – phpld ver 2 over 400 categories and over 1,300 Links
-Forums – mybb software with tons of mods - Over 300 topics, 1,200 posts and 1,500 members
-Blog – wordpress hosted on the server - Currently 3 posts and a little bit of advertising.​

I have not added any seo tools but I have an open opportunity to place 13 seo tools that have resell rights for $150. if you would like these in addition to the website let me know and i will place them in the website ready to go for resale and use.

i will only do this for an extra $170 (for the purchase of the tools and installation.

The above is a huge opportunity to make some serious money. Every webmaster who owns a website is going to want their own tools for their site. Why shouldn’t you be the one to sell it to them?

I have done only a little bit of promotion on some major forums including this one and currently get more and more visitors every month.

Last month I had about 15,000 Unique Visitors to the site.
