    Over 20 CG tutorials on site and few blueprints... Tutorials written by Kai Loon are copy (with premission) and they have 3-4 tuts, other is written by me and my friend Nebstar.

    In period Oct. 15 - Dec. 31. im try Adsense on that site, and made ~$45...
    Site had Chitika ads too and make about $20 per month...

    Site is indexed at Google and Google Images, also submited on over 300 Search Engines. I think that site haven't PR yet, but with a little work you can made great CG site. Im sell it because im in adult biz and haven't time for Adsense. If buyer want i give it few links there can submit tutorials, and get nice traffic source.

    what does the CG refer to? is it just something like color graphics or is it software related or something?
    is it possible to show more traffic info, your screen grabs are good, but can be from any site, there is no domain in the image to show that it actually came from the one you are selling. same as your adsence, it could be from any website.
