WTS - Casino affiliate site $1070 profit per month

Hello,
I have a casino affiliate site that has made $5300 the last 5 months, $1070 on average.

I'm considering selling it because I need cash to move to another country early next year.

The site has basically made money on total autopilot. It gets little traffic, but the traffic it gets is highly targeted.

The site is now PR2 and has over 10k backlinks to it from a wide variety of sources. The site is about 9 months old.

If I were to sell, I'd sell the domain+site+affiliate account. With this casino, all signups offer lifetime commissions, so even if someone deposits again 5 months from now, if it was a signup through my account you will still get the affiliate commission which is 25% of net revenue. So if someone loses $4k net to the casino, you'll earn $1k.

Payments of commission have been accurate and timely on or before the 7th of each month.

I'm looking for a multiple of 12-15 times monthly earnings on this site, which may or may not be a lot of money for you. If this niche interests you and the figures sound good to you, let me know via pm and I can give you more information about the site.
