Hi, I want to sell CardMagicTricks.net. I think it's a really good domain name. The keyphrase is highly searched on Google. With a bit of optimization you can easily rank in the top ten. You get my squeeze page, the follow-up mails, the adwords keyword list (5%CTR), 40+ email adresses 8 articles that tells people how to perform specific card tricks etc. Currently I use EmailAces.com for opt-ins. CardMagicTricks got 200 visitors a day when I advertised on adwords. It's only up for a month or so but I got adsense revenue and 7 affiliate sales from it (beneath every article there's a short affiliate sales paragraph) I sell it because I need to focus on other websites.
