    Hello, guys! :)

    I don't really want to sell my website just yet, but I'm interested in finding out what is a fair price for it because I have received some offers and I couldn't figure out even if they were offering me a great deal or trying to scam me by offering a very low amount.

    I hope this is the right place for this....:)

    So, as I mentioned it's a car related website that I have designed and coded. (from what I hear it looks cool :p)

    It earns around $100 - $110/month from adsense and about $80/month from links.

    Yahoo site explorer says that it has ~55,000 inbound links.

    It is 1 year and 7 months old and it's a PR3.

    It ranks TOP 5 in the Google SERPs for popular keywords (8.8 mil, 3 mil, 2 mil results) & TOP 10 for a keyword which has about 181 mil results.

    Traffic ranges from 350 - 500 visits/day, 90% uniqes, 85% SE traffic.

    Unique content (articles(~20), videos(~100), photos (over 2400)).

    Please post here how much would you pay for such a website. :D

    It's hard to say without more information. What I'd pay. Without the URL it's tough to know what the niche is, and thereby what the future worth of the site is. Just raw instincts say it's worth $800 - $1,000, but that's a stab in the dark. I don't like to buy stabs in the dark...

    Because some of you didn't read all the post I have increased the font size to what is very important "Please don't PM for the URL" or even ask for it :p

    Although I have received some PMs I will not respond to them...so don't waste your time.

    I'm not going to reveal the URL because the website isn't actually for sale :) I just want a price range to give me an idea on what it's worth :)

    I just wanted to see how much money could this website be worth. I know it's difficult to set a price for something.... but I thought you guys have some sort of a "formula" which gives you an idea of the price range.

    If you do have a formula please post it below :)

    Also, I posted the SERP rankings because I know that SEO companies charge big $$$ for these things... I saw some firm that was asking like $300-$400 to optimize you website to reach a TOP 3 ranking for a 2-3 mil results keyword...
    Doesn't this count for anything?

    $1600 is probably the best you will do.

    Of course it will be impossible to sell it if you can't show the url.

    Of course I would show the URL if I would want to sell it... BUT I DON'T WANT TO SELL :D

    I'm just asking around to find out what it's worth from the details I posted.
