    The site is a brand new VPN Service site

    Auction end date is 6th October and BIN is $850

    There is no income as have not promoted it.

    No traffic

    I own the site and it was developed for me and by me from scratch.

    I am selling as have not got time to promote

    Full installation guides are available

    The service offered is paid and there is adsense on the site

    So, you've got no traffic and no revenue, yet you value the site at $850? Please explain your logic in that valuation. You'll be lucky to get 1% of that figure.
