    Site is over a year old and uses EPN for its afiliate program. Additionally the site has a forum in php. Custom Coded site one of a kind.

    Assume little to no revenue as I have not done anything with the site.

    Nice design. Looking for $1500 OBO.

    Wow,$1500 for a turnkey site? I must be nuts selling mine( Porsche,Mustang) for less than $100

    I think you are a little optimistic looking for $1500 for an ebay site with no backlinks no pr and no income.

    while I appreceate your comments, like is any situation offers are always considered. The site was receiving on 10 - 12 uniques a day a few months ago and now is getting 23 - 24 uniques a day for the past 60 days or roughly 770 uniques a month for the past two months. I will say the reason for the increase in visits are because of using google webmaster tools and submitting the sitemap for this site which has now been picked up and the site is becoming a bit more visible. Of course if you or anyone submits a serious offer to buy the site then you will get all the stats you want to feel comfortable with the purchase without reservation.
