If I may say so though, I think that you should just include vBulletin and vBSEO with the sale. You can get the price you want for it, and then when you sell the site, you can just buy new licenses for each if you still want to use them. It makes it easier for the buyer - I would have considered purchasing the site if you included vBulletin and vBSEO.

I may consider it but the fact is that vBulletin has raised in price and some people may not be interested in paying for vBSEO.
I am creating a different niche site after I have sold this one and I will at least need vBulletin for it.

Nevertheless, if a potential buyer agrees with EGS, please say so here and I will take this into consideration.

I appreciate your comment. I will however need more votes on this as this decision would require me to create a new topic.
Also consider that my vBulletin license is owned and therefore the extra fee ( vBSEO + Owned vBulletin ) might be higher than the buyer prefers.

If I were a gaming geek the $400 price for this would be well worth it IMHO....a tiny bit of SEO...I would think one could monetize the hell out of it...the look is great to attract the target audience.

...If only I didn't have WAY too much on my plate as it is...

That won't remain, however. You're listing the domain up for sale, so you're going to get a bit of traffic.

As I AM a gaming geek, I recognize that this is a reasonable domain, but I'm not going to pay $400 for some simple posts and a domain. That's absurd. Again, if you included the licenses, you'd have me at $400 in a heartbeet, maybe (maybe) even a BIN.

I'll bump it up to $225.

 

Strike my last bid, it's back to 200. After looking at the .cd registrar, what with no price disclosure and them hogging all the .cd registrations, I'll pass. I've got too many domains to try to remember which one is where and worry about passing some ridiculous documentation along to inexperienced webmasters.

I am sorry that you wish to back off because of the domain, are you sure you wouldn't like me to request any information from the registrar on domain transferring? There's still plenty of time.
Of course I could sell the licenses with the site, but I am going to need them right after the sale for a new forum and therefore I would not benefit from doing so ( Unless this would get me a high bid ).
