    I had agreed to buy this site and had completed an intial paypal payment when i found this thread

    needless to say i quickly decided to change my mind.

    I ask manhcuong for a refund, and he seemed to give me the go-around.

    I have contacted paypal to dispute the transaction, and am unable to get ahold of manhcuong

    I sent an initial payment for the site (we had an agreement) and i found the thread which showed others were scammed. I asked for my money back, and now i can't reach him.

    Wow goodluck getting your money back man. I wish you the best.. I mad a offer on the site, but when he offered 1 year of hosting I found it a little bizzare on a site taking up so much resources as well as the profit it was taking.

    I had take care to ask him to access to admin panel on his site, so he give me and i acces to his admin and i cancel my dispute, i'm so honest i don't change anything in the admin, and this morning hi had change all password and admin for the forum.
