    Why am I selling? I really just don't have the time to add all these recipes. Included with the site are over 500 recipes. You just need to add them :) As you can see, I've added a number of them already.

    The site is already indexed in Google. I haven't installed any statistical software or even monetized the site so expect little to none.

    You'll get:
    The domain beerbrewer.info
    phpMyAdmin .sql dump of Wordpress DB
    The entire contents of /public_html/ (theme, plugins, etc..)
    500 additional recipes (lagers, stouts, ale's, etc..)

    Great potential to sell beer products for affiliates (home brewing kits, clothing/merchandise, etc..) and adsense revenue. Very unique niche with great earning potential!
