My site gets 50+ uniques per day, and 100+ pageviews. One way text links can be purchased also at a price of $5 per link, and the link will remain there permanent, or if you would like to exchange links just use the "exchange links" link in the navigation menu on the right. The banner spot is currently for sale at a price of: $10/mo or $70 a year, no banner rotation, your banner will remain in the same place until asked to change.
