I got the same message from paypal.

I just rec'd a PM for the guy apologizing and saying he was injured. In my approzimately 2 moths on this forum I think that is about the third writer I have seen claim an injury as their excuse for disappearing. He asked for my paypal ID again at a new email - just go to the dispute.

The PM shows that he still is not banned here. I don't think DP has anyway to deal with these people.

 

I finally got a refund of my money from someone claiming to be a friend of his. It is difficult not be skeptical about an injury, but either way, I have gotten my money back.
