[WTS] Article site getting 45% organic traffic

    I turned this 4 year old domain into an article site in October last year. With the intention of making it the next ezine, but it didn't quite work out due to my engagement in my classifieds site. Since then, however, it has received a considerable amount of submissions and author registrations.

    I believe the time has come for this site to find a new owner who will take care of it and grow it to the site it deserves to be.

    Facts about the site:

    - 45% of the traffic comes from Search Engines, mainly Google
    - 28% comes from direct traffic, and the rest is referrals
    - This past month, the site had a total of 706 visitors, according to Google Analytics
    - Domain was regged with Godaddy on Jul 24, 2005 and expires on Jul 24, 2009
    - Didn't try to monetize it yet, always waiting for the massive traffic to come in
    - Site is Wordpress based and is SE optimized
    - Easy management of articles.
    - Articles get indexed within minutes of submission, since the domain is aged and google trusts the site

    The reason the last article posted dates 1 month back is that due to the lack of time, I stopped approving new submissions. There's more waiting to be approved.
