Selling [WTS]Arcade/Flash Games/Mini Games Site, $45 revenue in August, MUST SEE

Hi all, I want to sell flashplaysite.com. This is arcade game site, supported by Wordpress and mochimedia.com

Stats of the site :
Registrar : Owmhost.com (I did not plan to sell the site, that's why I register in owmhost.com, not in godaddy). Transfer domain fee will be my responsibilty.
Age : Since 6 Feb 2007, almost 5 years old. I bought this 3 months ago as one of my adsense site.
Reveneu : In August 2011, get $47


Traffic : 34000 views.
Hosting : You may stay with this hosting for 3 months. If you want to move the site, I will do it all, move the files and database. You just need host the wordpress file and thumbnail image. Game (.fla or swf) and big image directly from mochimedia.com

Honestly, I do not want to sell this site. But I HAVE TO because I need some money for my baby needs.

In the first-second month (june-july 2011) i just develop the arcade site and submit it in search engine.
I got the big revenue since I submit the site with social networking. Almost all traffic come from stumbleupon. Without social media promotion, traffic 100++ every day. With stumbleupon, I got 2000-3000 visitors per day, and almost $5 per day.

september adsense revenue coming without any promotion and submission, I have no time because do some projects. August revenue come with submission, primarily on stumbleupon, diggs and delicious.

 

I dont get it in september the earanings fall very much , so what happened ? If your doing continous promotion for it to keep up earings then what are you doing and how long does it take to do.Please answer thanks.

In august I do social networking 5 games every day. Since I start social networkin, it get 2000 ++ visitor in a week. In the end of august-until now, I do not do any social networking because I'm busy in my project.
