[WTS] Affiliate Domain + Landing Page

I am selling my affiliate domain and landing page.

This domain is premium keyword rich for this niche, the 2 largest products are in this domain name and will no doubt increase SEO performance in the future. However currently not listed in search engines as i only did PPC with Adwords.

Reason for sale: After jumping in with 2 feet, i quickly realised that this was yet another project that i could not commit to, in both time and energy, i have 8 projects currently running, 5 of which havent been started yet.

I ran PPC on Google Adwords for 5 days, and made 1 sale, $44.36 on the single sale and cost me less than $15 in advertising.

Income: $44.36 / Expenses: $15.00-ish / Profit: $29.00-ish

As the site is so young and only one sale to show for the time i had it advertised im not going to be asking for 10, 12 or 14 months income.

Yea, this was a "work in progress" i laid out the landing page and tested the water with some PPC Adwords, Took me 6 days to spend $15 give or take on advertising, and 6 days to realise i diddnt have the time to produce visually appealing, informative and mouth watering pages ready to entice the visitors into purchasing, i have no doubt if i had put the effort in i would have made a few more sales, however, my time is in short supply currently, ive not had a day to myself for 5 weeks and it doesnt seem to be changing anytime soon, ive used my years worth of vacation time up and well you get the idea.

If the winner of the auction wants me to knock out some quick pages full of blurb for them, as you say to "flesh it out" then this can be done, but i wont be undertaking that untill at least tomorrow!

little disapointed nobody else has bid on this, in a week of PPC advertising on adwords that cost just $15, i made one sale for $44.36.

Even with slow sales (1 per month) $300 BIN is around 6 months of the value, but i am very confident with a little more work, a little SEO, maybe a few articles along side the PPC you would be generating 1 sale a week, if not more.

A couple of questions if you don't mind

Do you have a ratio of how many visitors to your site to get that sale?

What keywords were you targetting?

How will the site be delivered? Is it with html files?

Can those flashing red arrows be turned off so they don't flash - I don't know if its just me but I find them a little annoying

The Ratio in the 5 days i had adwords running for the site is: 94:1, 94 clicks to 1 sale. I beleive the ratio would have been better if i had put the effort in to actually complete the site.

I have a list of some of the keywords i targetted, i can provide this small list if required.

The domain is registered at godaddy, so free push on there, i can zip the files i have and email them to you, its fairly simple as you can see from the site, a single html page that requires SEO'ing, images will be included as will pdf's if i saved them.

Those flashing arrows can be easily changed into static arrows, or removed completely, that is your choice, if you want help with that i will do it for you.

Your going to have to explain what that is, this was the first time i had used adwords and although worked out very well, i still fail to understand everything it offers.
