I am interested but would need to see the information regarding income, traffic etc going back for 18 months.

Also selling websites generally means selling to a multiple of a proven income level. It's good that you have income reguarly coming in, but the fact you have slapped a new income stream and new price tag on the product won't cut it. Selling to a websites potential rarely happens now, too many websites, not enough premium stock, lot's of competition, all stops a websites potential price for maturing.

If you want to sell for 2000 / month then you will need to display that your website can average that level for several months before trying to sell it at that level.

$22,000 is a good offer you previously had, but i am still interested, so provide the information i asked for and maybe i will decide to improve on it.

I fully understand your point about a website potential, but actually in this case, its not just a "potential", but statically "proven" ( i hope you understand how i am meaning this ) how its going to be.

Of course, there is no 100 % guarantee on such things - like in every business. But as i said, if you have a look at the quality of the traffic, and if you look at the adsense revenue it has made, and if you look at the conversion rate at MaxBounty - you will know there is a high chance of this income to be continued.

I noticied a lot of people showing interest via PM or Email, but then dont have the funds.

are you selling tinyurl.com this site has been online for more then 3 yrs alot of people use this service can you place something on the site like a link to this sale for proof of ownership?

no, i am not selling tinyurl.com - i just used that service because i didnt want to domain to be here.
And one of the admins edited my post, because its not allowed to use such a service for posts.
