    cuz i own a site that has 'copyrighted' material too but i dont get that many click even though i had 3k Unique visitors daily.

    The domain had the trademarked merchant's name in it.

    I also had a help page that had screenshots of the merchant's site (which they said was illegal).

    I have changed the content of the site around, and talked with the lawyer from the company. Everything about the content that I am selling is perfectly legal. You just need to put it on a domain that doesn't violate their trademark.
