WTS Ads in established Proxy sites (PR,Traffic,Alexa)

I want to sell adspace and links in my established proxy site. WorkSurf. It is an established site which is PR3 having an alexa rank of 368,310 and more than 1,723 backlinks. Site gets average of 500 uniques per day. I bought the site two weeks ago and then site went offline due to hosting problems and now its back, and getting traffic with 0 promotion. And now i'm sending many bulletins and buying ads in other sites.
I'm selling one ad of size 468*60 in main page for $15 per month.
